The annual listing celebrates technology entrepreneurs and the contribution they make to New Mexico's economy. Sherman McCorkle, President and CEO of the Sandia Science & Technology Park Development Corp. (SSTPDC), who will host the program in 2021 stated, "As New Mexico comes out of almost 18 months of Covid, it's important to recognize the people who provided the leadership in maintaining New Mexico's economy. These private sector companies faced mind bending problems, yet they stayed open and provided quality jobs for thousands of New Mexicans. A truly remarkable achievement."
2021 Program sponsors include: The Sandia Science & Technology Park Development Corp., KPMG LLP; New Mexico Bank and Trust; the Albuquerque Journal Business Outlook, Delta Dental, True Health New Mexico, OneTen Capital, New Mexico MEP, the City of Albuquerque Economic Department, and Admiral Beverage Corp.
